How to get the subscription code after paying?

from browser, go to Odoo "/my" page and you will see the link "subscriptions": https://www.odoo.com/my

or

from Odoo Database: click on your photo/icon on the top right side and select "my subscription"

Hi,

Getting your subscription code after paying for Odoo can be done through a few different ways:

1. Check your email:

After completing your payment, Odoo should automatically send you an email confirmation with the subscription code attached. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it lands there.

2.Access your Odoo account:

Log in to your Odoo account associated with the subscription.
Navigate to the "My Subscriptions" page or a similar section depending on your Odoo version.
The subscription code should be displayed there, or you may need to click on the specific subscription to view the code.

Hi Jose,

Once the payment is confirmed, they usually send an email confirmation that contains the Odoo Subscription code.

did you check the Inbox or spam folder in the mail?
