SO I am trying to develop an server action for our CRM....

We have a campaign pipeline here...

Anytime one of New Clients Opens one of our emails from the campaign (if they were previously in the "New Client" Kanban view). 

I want to move this customer (after he/she) opens and reads the email.  I want this to shift immediately to the "Qualified" section. 

How do I write this into our server action here?
