I created a Server Action to add the product manager as a follower to every newly created manufacturing order and added it as a server action to the "draft" state of the workflow mrp.production.basic.

Fields mapping

Model: manufacturing order

Destination: Followers

Type: Formula

Value: [object.product_id.product_manager.user_id]

but this doesn't work. Can anybody help me? I don't know whats wrong. Thanks
