Hi, is it possible to restrict users from the sales team from issuing invoices? I would like to enable them to send and accept offers, but we want to channel invoicing through our accounting department. Is it possible to set user rights in such a way? Alternatively, if that is not possible, invoices should at least need to go through an additional approval process.

Hi,
You can assign accounting user group to the create invoice button in the sale order, either via custom code or using the studio. Once it is done, the button will be visible only for the users in this group.
This way you can restrict normal sales people from creating the invoice.
