record rule for give access to sales team meeting view in calendar app

Good Day al  I  I   need to give access to sales manager to view his team members records same like opportunity record

I was tried but gave below error
Invalid domain: Invalid field calendar.event.team _id in leaf('team _id.user_id', '=', 2)

For this one, you need to add a new record rule or change the current one. *Record Rule : [('team _id.user_id','=',* None [1]*user.id* *)]*
