Try this:-

In OpenERP v7.0 there is a record rule which comes from OpenERP standard data. So according to this record rule the user can see only his Sale Orders/quotation for security purpose. So if you want to see all sale order/quotation even other than "Admin", then you have to disable this record rule. You have to follow following steps to configure record rules: 1) Go to Settings -> Customization -> Security -> Record Rules. 2) Now type sale in search view and select the "Sale Order" and then find "Personal Orders"id(60). 3) Now open "Personal Orders" record rule and deactivate it by unchecked the Active field. 4) Now login from another user you can see all sales order.
