Hi everyone,

I'm trying Odoo POS with Odoo 16.0+e (Enterprise Edition).

I've managed to correctly setup a store for my restaurant and I'm trying to make the printing functionnality work for the kitchen to get orders printed from the POS...

The ePos printing works fine and it prints the receipts ok.

I've set up a printer with the same IP fot the kitchen and the Order button appeared...

But it doesn't print anything. I may have missed a setting... or I miss the way it is supposed to work as I can't find a video or a help topic about how this functionnality is supposed to be used or set up.

On some videos the button is green and mine is alway grey (same color as the other buttons...) ; is it supposed to be green ? do I have to do something in particular to send the order to kitchen (selecting a product ? setting categories ?)
