I am using Odoo v8. I am facing one issue with transfer items. Can anyone please help me with that?

I created a Purchase order with 5 items and when confirmed & approved it shipment is created. Shipment status is 'Ready to transfer'. When I click on the Transfer button I can see only 3 products on transfer popup and the qty of one product is not same which is one Purchase order line and Shipment line.
