Hello, I had a similar Problem after trying to install and uninstalling a module which failed. It was not able to remove all Fields and records when trying to uninstall.

Your post is a little older, but I hope it will help somebody else.

Try to go to module view by typing in the view URL " https://yoururl.com/web#menu_id=659"
You will see which module or view gives you trouble. (at me it was one of the main Menu's)

Remove the records of that module/menu as well.

Then go to:

->settings -> Menu Items

and search for the menu which are related to this module. Remove them if neccessary.
This solved the problem for me.
I believe this is not removing the leftover structure from the module, just the dependencies.
