I am currently using the latest version of Odoo, and I’m facing an issue when generating customer invoices. When I create an invoice from a confirmed sales order, Odoo only invoices the delivery fees and does not include the actual products, even though the delivery order shows the correct delivered quantities. The products appear correctly in the sales order lines, but they are missing in the generated invoice. Has anyone encountered this issue or knows what configuration might be causing Odoo to invoice only the delivery service instead of the delivered items?

Assuming you are using odoo 19. This is very strange. Do you have any custom apps installed? I can think of two possible situation.
1. There is already an invoice generated for the product. it might be in draft stage. check if you have any filter.
2. The delivered status is not correct. This is very rare.
