How can i configure incoming email server so that its automatically create a new claim in Odoo.
Pls reply guys, I had tried to find on net but not able to find any thing
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.

- Enable Technical Features for your user
- Go to Settings => user => edit user
- Check Technical Features,
- Save
- Go to Settings -> Email -> Incomming mail servers
- Click "create"
- Configure incomming mail credentials
In the lower part (Actions to Perform on Incoming Mails), enter the following:
- Create a new record: Claim
- Server Action: mail redirection
- Save!
What happen if i chose server action as "Mail Redirect"
It redirects your email and creates a claim :-)
