I added an employee in the odoo online.
He sends an email from his assigned email, say - employee@company.com through chatter (this includes quotes/invoices etc.). When somebody responds to that email, we get a response at info@company.com.
Ideally the response to that quote sent via employee@company.com should be received at employee@company.com, but we receive at info@company.com.
I experimented by sending a chatter email on my private email address through odoo via my employee's account. It was sent via employee@company.com from Odoo, but when I hit reply, in the to address it shows info@company.com.
In my company's domain alias the catchall setting has info and domain name company.com.
I've tried adding incoming and outgoing server, since we're being hosted by Namecheap. it din't work.
Solution needed:
1- email sent via employee@company.com, if responded, should be received by employee at employee@company.com
2- emails sent via info@company.com, if responded, should be received at info@company.com.
Current Issue:
1- email sent via employee@company.com, if responded, are being received at info@company.com - unintended
2- emails sent via info@company.com, if responded, are being received at info@company.com - working as intended.
