I have noticed that within the past few days, all the different Odoo databases I work with, that have the Social Marketing app, installed have experienced issues with Instagram, and now Facebook. 

At first the Social Accounts were just unsynced and trying to sync would give a '400: Bad Request Error, Must be unique'.
I thought this was an issue on my side, until this morning when another Odoo customer reached out to me with the exact same issue of not being able to post to Instagram using the Social Marketing app in Odoo. They had the same problem of not being able to reconnect their Social Account in Odoo without getting either that 400 Bad Request error, a generic Internal Server Error where it says I have lost internet connection, or just that the post failed for no specific reason.
This has occurred on both v17 and v18 instances.

I've looked online and this issue hasn't come up on any forums I searched.

Anyone else having this problem?
