Hello Odoo gurus of the world.

I created a quick marketing automation that after i create a new Lead (with a user assigned to it) it sends a welcome email and adds a call to the call queue.  

But the call is not linked to the user that owns the lead, it gets added for OdooBot. :(

So my sales person never gets the activity or notification

So i have two questions for you guys

1. How can i tell it to assign the call to the sales rep the lead hast

2. Is there a way to program the Marketing automation faster? less than 1 hour?  I would like to assign calls ASAP. I dont have minutes and field wont take 0.01 .
