Hi,

I am very new to OpenERP, I am still absorbing the concepts, so I would like to ask if there is a way to create a workflow for Human Resource/Employee data. For instance I would like for all changes to the Employee Personal Information to be Approved by an HR Manager. Is there a simple way to do this? What are the necessary steps to do this? Do I need to create a workflow or does it require additional module development?

Any tips or advice is much appreciated!
