Is there a module to handle prepaid services (e.g. a card giving access to x hours of "service" )

Hi there,
I have a business case I need to solve:
The company sell prepaid cards for e.g. 10h of training. Each time a class is taken, the card balance is adjusted. Before the end, a reminder should be send to the client.  The card can be linked to different underlying services/products.
card 10 hrs/20 hrs - valid for service A, B, C etc.
or
Card A - service A - 10/20 hrs
Card B - service B - 10/20 hrs
What I miss is a solution to subtract used hours from the total and a way to link 2 or more pr
