I´m having a problem in displaying employees images. If I upload an image to a employee, it shows the image but cuts it to fit the image-box. In image.py the comments say it maintains the aspect ratio but it doesn´t.

The solution I´ve found, is to display the field 'image' in the view and not 'image_medium' or 'image_small'. Only with 'image' is fits the image keeping the aspect ratio.

Anyone knows how images work and why they don´t keep aspect ratio?
