To insert a section on the sxw file, go to the insert menu in the menu bar of openoffice of libreoffice writer. in that you can see the section menu click on that. it will open a dialogbox for inserting the section. click on insert. it will insert section on the sxw file. here is the simple example to add a section for one2many field in the image. in that a section is inserted inside section.
