Hello,

I'm currently using Odoo Online 17 Standard Version and working with its spreadsheet application. I need to create a funnel chart to visualize my CRM funnel (eg, leads, qualified, proposal sent, closed won), but I can't find any option for creating a funnel chart directly within the spreadsheet.

Does Odoo Online support funnel charts in its spreadsheet application? If not, is there a recommended workaround or method to create or integrate a funnel chart with my data in Odoo?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Best Answer

As of Odoo Online 17 (Standard), funnel charts are not directly supported in the Spreadsheet application. Odoo Spreadsheet currently offers basic chart types like bar, line, pie, and area charts, but funnel charts (used to visualize sales or CRM pipelines) are not included in the native charting options.
Option 1: Use Odoo CRM Kanban Views
Odoo CRM already has a visual funnel-like Kanban pipeline:

  • Navigate to CRM > Pipeline.
  • You can see leads/stages like New, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Won.
  • Use filters/grouping to analyze data visually.
  • This gives a funnel-style workflow, even if it’s not a funnel chart per se.
Option 2: Use Pivot + Graph View
  1. Go to CRM > Reporting > Pipeline Analysis.
  2. Use the Pivot and Graph views to:
    • Group by Stage.
    • View number of leads/opportunities.
    • You can use the bar chart as a vertical approximation of a funnel.
    • Not as stylish as a funnel, but shows the drop-off per stage.
Option 3: Create Funnel Chart in Google Sheets or Excel

If you really need a funnel-shaped chart:

  1. Export your CRM data:
    • From CRM > Reporting > Pipeline Analysis, use the Export option.
    • Select fields like Stage, Opportunity, Expected Revenue, etc.
  2. Import into Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  3. Use their built-in Funnel Chart tools (Excel 2019+ and Google Sheets with workarounds).
  4. Optionally, embed the external chart into your documentation or dashboards.
Option 4: Use a Custom Dashboard (Odoo Studio or External Tool)

If you have access to Odoo Studio, you can:

  • Create a custom dashboard with a KPI or chart block.
  • For full customization, consider using Odoo BI connectors or external tools like:
    • Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
    • Power BI
    • Tableau

i hope it is help full
