Hi, 


Looking for a way to automatic send a thank you mailing with ask for review, after the table booking (appointment) was set to checked-in. 


any tips?

Hi,

This can be done easily using an Automated Action in Odoo.You can create an automated action that is triggered when the booking/appointment record is updated, and specify a domain filter so it sends the email only when the state becomes “Checked-In.”In the server action, you can choose “Send Email” and link it to your thank-you / review request mail template.
