How does the Currency rates auto update work in Odoo v9?

Currency rates are updated once a day using a yahoo.com online web-service.

Hi. How does the currency rates auto update work?
which port do i have to open?
or does it work only on the SaaS online version?
I installed Odoo9 in Debian using nightly.

It is an Enterprise/SAAS module, not available in the Community version.
The name of the module is *currency_rate_live.*
It works via HTTP and HTTPS requests to Yahoo and the European Central Bank:
