On odoo 10 does anyone know of a way to handle hazmat shipping charges on certain items?

Can you expand on 'handle'? You can create a product to represent this kind of charge and add it on the Purchase Order or Vendor Bill. What did you have in mind?
Sorry I ment on the Ecommerce. When a customer purchases an item for it to be added to their order. So if there is a way to add an item on if certain items are in their cart or if it can be added in fedex or ups.
