When I login as normal user (no administrator) I can't see de the receivables and payables account in res.partner view when creating a new customer, I can only view the bank accounts and other options, I'm working in odoo 14 in odoo.sh, next is part of the res.partner view with normal user (purchase user, sales administrator and sales user):
