Error while validate the limit visibility to groups

Hi, i try to limit access groups to sales only. But while i use the function of limit visibility to group, it comes and error message like this:* *

*A partner with the same * *Tax ID* * already exists (*

Use Limit visibility to Groups attribute and choose the visibility groups,check the following
