I am using Odoo Project for keeping track of orders from different revenue streams (very low volume, don't need anything fancy).

I figured out how to enter a custom task property and made one for sizes of items, but it is only linked to the specific project... making each correlated size show up as separate columns when looking at "All Tasks".    
Is there a way to do the same thing, but for the entire Project app dashboard?  Basically edit the default Task template so it allows me to enter sizing, or maybe a second set of Tags?
