I found this link : https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/collect-customer-banking-details-at-ecommerce-checkout-v8-65023 but it doesn't explain to me how this is done and I am wondering it is has since been resolved and a definite answer given?
Update: I need to be able to do this for people who are NOT customers so I don't have bank details beforehand
