My os is debian. I installed odoo as debian package and there was no odoo-bin. Than i got it from github repository.
And files are inside addons folder i saw that. I have another problem. I created postgres user with createdb privileges.
and i am trying to connect with ./odoo-bin -r spinningcat -w 123 --db-filter app-start. I can open the page. But when i try to create
database i am getting access denied creation error message. I can create database from command line.

my odoo version is 14.0
