Hi 

I am trying to map a consultancy operation in Odoo. Say a project requires, X hours from a mechanical engineer at 100$, Y hours from a Structural Engineer at 200$, Admin at 50$ etc..

I dont want them to appear as numerous line items on the Sale Order. It should all be bundled under a heading of "Engineering Services".

Again, I would also like to monitor the hours spent by each engineer to measure project profitability.

If there are extra hours needed, I need to issue change orders. How do I do this in Odoo?
