Hi All,

I am currently trying to add newly created Leads automatically to the Newsletter mailing list in Odoo.

The steps in the process are as follows:

1)  Someone on our website fills out the "Stay updates with our newsletter" form, and provide their credentials. They also check a checkbox for "Consent: Newsletter".

2) Zapier takes the information from Gravity forms and adds this information to Odoo as a new Lead in the CRM Application. There is also a checkbox for "Consent: Newsletter".

3) At the same time that the new Lead is created in Odoo, the contact name, company, email address, and title of the Lead should the copied over to a new record created in the "Mailing List Contacts" record list of the "Email marketing" module of Odoo. This should only happen for records that have the "Consent: Newsletter" checkbox checked.

4) this newly created record should be added to the "Newsletter" mailing list

To be clear, stap 1 and 2 are already working fine.  Step 3 and 4 are what I am looking for. 

Is there any way to do this with automated actions?
