I try to start by creating a database which I should first choose an app. After I fill the information it just redirects me to the home page like nothing has happened.
How can I fix the issue?

you maybe should create a passwd for database admin first
I had the same issue, it seemed to work using a different email and doing it on my phone. Not sure what the cause was.
