I installed Odoo 12 Comuninity Edition. From the Apps menü i don't see the App Documents which is new in version 12 to install.
1) Is there any workraound?
2) If not, any other Document Management System matching with version 12?

I've just checked this on the latest Odoo 12 and the document app is there:
The behaviour on V12 has changed though. In V12 attachments are no longer shown at the top of a record but in the chatter and with a small icon above the chatter. The icon is also only visible when you have atleast one attachment attached to the record. An example:
There is also an official bug report about this behaviour at https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/27760 where multiple people have complained about this behaviour. It doesn't look like this won't be changed anytime soon.
