Odoo 12 Comunity Version: Documents App not available?

Question

I installed Odoo 12 Comuninity Edition. From the Apps menü  i don't see the App Documents which is new in version 12  to install.
1)
Is there any  workraound?
2)
If not, any other Document Management System matching with version 12?

Hi Gk,
I've just checked this on the latest Odoo 12 and the document app is there:

The behaviour on V12 has changed though. In V12 attachments are no longer shown at the top of a record but in the chatter and with a small icon above the chatter. The icon is also only visible when you have atleast one attachment attached to the record. An example:

I read this question as asking about the *NEW *Document Management App.
This App is available with the Enterprise Edition Only, not the Community Edition:
