I noticed that the untaxed amount on an RFQ was changed twice by me, but I did not make these changes!
The only thing I have ever done with the product was assign some To-Do's for another User which I marked as done at the same date and time of the change in the RFQ.
Why would marking an Activity complete for a Product change the quantity on an RFQ for that Product?
Check (a) if you have any Reordering Rules setup for the Product and (b) if any Transfers for the Product reduced the Quantity in the location monitored by the Rule.
YES! - We do have a Reordering Rule setup for the Product. The changes correspond exactly with the Quantities moved out of this location with two Transfers at the exact time the changes were made on the Purchase Order.
