For our company ODOO v16 - .Sh was implemented by  ODOO partner company  X with very minimum customization.

After implementation -we do not have  any kind of SLA with them. It was on call based service  charges. 

After 2 years now management want to upgrade to 18  with more  customization as per business need  with new  ODOO partner  Y.


What are the credentials we  should get from company X  and   to handover to company Y

Hi,

I see a minimum of three things:

1. the Enterprise key as official proof at Odoo (you should also have received it in your purchase contract; can also be read from the system in admin mode);

2. admin access to Odoo sh (https://www.odoo.sh/ ; the partner should already have an active GitHub account, which must be added by your old partner via Settings -> Collaborators with admin rights)

3. admin access to the underlying GitHub repository, in which your old partner's customisations should be entered, among other things


If there are any problems with the handover between the partners, it is advisable to contact an account manager directly via Odoo S.A. - any challenges can then be clarified here

is the ADMIN mode is same as   "Developer Mode "  or different
