Hello! Odoo 16 community user here.

I've configured a survey like this (simplified example, the real one has many more questions):

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S4E5LqTcnYfENzckRdiFPnaT9nN9i_My/view?usp=sharing

(Sorry, not enough karma to post images or links)

I am trying to extract from it some useful info and display it in a dashboard, maybe using some charts. Some information I want to show it in the charts is:

  • Number of Very well/well/not bad/bad/horribly bad answers to the first question per store
  • Number of Very well/well/not bad/bad/horribly bad answers to the second question per store

To do so, the first thing I do is, I go to Surveys > Questions and Answers > Detailed answers and, in pivot view, I show the results, like this:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/11rO-LTE3QEhuJNx4Lax6Ps4B4EYHdSYu/view?usp=sharing

The next step would be to take the grouped results to a spreadsheet and then operate with them (for example, assigning custom scores to each "Very good" answer, a lower one to a "Good" answer, and so on, so that I can get an average score for each store. I know I can assign those values while configuring the question, but then the user that fills the survey would get feedback on how good he did in the survey, as if it were an exam).

Also, I know that I can filter the results from Survey > See results for any given survey, but since this is a simplified example, that would not meet my needs. The department that assigned us with this task needs a dashboard with all the charts to answer their questions already made.

I have also tried moving all the replies to a spreadsheet and then grouping themusing the spreadsheet tools. But I don't think that solution is scalable, since the real survey has more than 20 questions and I could get any number of submissions, what would make the spreadsheet so big that it is impossible to work with.

So, to the best of my knowledge, the path to go would be to group the answers in a pivot view and then take it to the spreadsheet. What I'm struggling with is: can I group the answers by store natively from a pivot view, that is, without having to develop a custom module? If so, how?

Please, if you read my question and find that you might know the answer but I didn't provide enough information, let me know and I will edit the question to add any information needed. I have been pulling my hair out for weeks trying to find a way to display the results in a useful way.

Thank you in advance. Greetings,
