Hi i created a new group called Employee Only as in below picture.

and applied the record rules

this shows only the profile of the logged in user in  the employees. 

but getting the error when i click on the employee. but some employees can view their profiles well. without error.

I figured out that it gives error when it tries to access the parent_id

what record rule should be applied or access rights. so that it allows it's (employee's) to access its parent_id ( manager)
