Hi i created a new group called Employee Only as in below picture.

and applied the record rules

this shows only the profile of the logged in user in the employees.
but getting the error when i click on the employee. but some employees can view their profiles well. without error.

It may be a problem with access rights on a different model (like users or contacts for example). And users who can access their profiles maybe have additional permissions on that models.
yes i found that the employee can not see it's manager. I found the solution.
