I am figuring out an issue when try to setup the 'incoming Mail Servers'.

Version : ODOO15 CE

Mail provider : Microsoft365 with Azure AD, Exchange, ...

Modules :

Fetchmail Outlook

Microsoft Outlook

System Parameters :

mail.bounce.alias : bounce
mail.catchall.alias : accounting
mail.catchall.domain : xxx.be
mail.default.from : notifications
mail.dynamic.smtp.from : accounting@xxx.be
mail.force.smtp.from : accounting@xxx.be

I installed the correct modules and added the client id and secret as mentioned in the tech doc.

For 'Technical/Settings/Outgoing Mail Servers' the setup work and I am able to send email ONLY if my registered user uses the same email account registered in Outgoing Mail Servers (accounting@xxx.be)

My concern is :

I 'd like to send any email from any user and digest, invoicing, ..... on behalf of the email account I have registered in the Outgoing Mail Server.

I don't believe there is no way to do that. Like in Jira I have one email account registered and all exchanges are done on behalf of the email account registered in the setup.
