If you create a meeting where one participant (e.g. the author) is from a global company, the meeting will be global. To make it worse, the meeting feature is apparently also used by the Time-off app, which means that the vacation requests of all employees are global and can be seen in the whole (company) world!
Am I doing something wrong or is there any workaround? How do you document customer visits, for example? Is there an app that solves this better than the standard?

I think I found the solution for one part myself. In the configuration of the Time-Off types you have to uncheck the visibility in the calendar.
