After marking a Manufacturing Order (MO) as done in Odoo, the quantities of consumed and produced products are not being reconciled automatically.
The stock moves show discrepancies between the consumed raw materials and the produced finished goods.
Shouldn't these quantities be reconciled immediately when the MO is completed, or is there an additional step or scheduled action needed to trigger this reconciliation?

I am not sure how you have configured automated accounting input and output accounts with anglosaxon accounting. It shall run smoothly.
You are requested to check this video tutorial to know how cost of production holds the value of produced finished goods and apply cost of raw material in v17 -
In odoo 18, we will get additional ledger to configure cost of workcenter.

Thank you for your answer ,
But my question is for the product moves it creates on manufacturing order:
Consumed Raw Good > Location :Production (Qty =1)
Produced Good > Location :Production(Qty= -1)
The thing is in most case the product keeps getting in negative as the goods are produced .
Should not it be added as Produced Good to 1 and then deplete
it so it always remain 0 ?

This is normal behaviour.
Raw materials are consumed from stock location to virtual production location hence it increases count at production location and decreases stock from stock internal location.
Where from production virtual location, we will be receiving finished stock, so it decreases the finished good count from virtual production location and increases count of stock with finish goods in internal stock location.
