Hi 

I am trying to install odoo 13 community version on vps which is running fedora 31 i have upgraded the vps with command sudo dnf upgrade and then i start following these instructions

when i run this command to install odoo 13 

# sudo systemctl start postgresql

following error comes up

Job for postgresql.service failed because the control process exited with error code.

See "systemctl status postgresql.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
