technician_user_id : the technician user name
company : set the company name if you are in a multi-company environment

2. use this template for equipment import 

name: the equipment name
category_id:  the equipment name from step#1
company: the company name if you are in a multi-company environment
equipment_assigned_to: selection (department or employee or other)
employee_id: employee name
department_id: department name
maintenance_team_id: maintenance team name (you have to define them previously)
technician_user_id: the technician name who is responsible for this equipment
assigned_date: the assigned date of the equipment 
scrap_date: scrap date for equipment
location: equipment location
model: equipment name
serial_number: equipment serial number
effective_date: the date at which the equipment becomes effective, this date will be used to calculate the mean time between failures
cost: equipment cost
warranty_date:  Warranty Expiration Date
period: Preventive Maintenance Frequency
maintenance_duration: Maintenance Duration
