Hi, how can I configure it so that I can use my own domain/sub-domain for the built-in Website module in Odoo? *I am using Odoo Online (SaaS)

I tried adding my own sub-domain that I have already created, but I got this error instead:

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I need this setup for a web-based ticket raising page that will later be connected to the Odoo Helpdesk module.

For example, I want to use helpdesk.mycompany.com for a ticket-raising page that will later be connected to the Odoo Helpdesk module.

I have already created the sub-domain in my DNS provider and pointed it, but when I try to add it in:
Website → Configuration → Settings → Website Domain

And i got those error.

Is it possible to use a sub-domain instead of the main domain in Odoo Online?
If yes, what is the correct way to configure the DNS and Odoo settings to make it work?
