I am upgrading our odoo.sh instance from 14.0 to 17.0. One thing that I'm sure will not work for the majority of our users is the default view when entering the Sales app.


We're used to entering Sales on a list view of the sales.order model.

It's now defaulting to a Kanban view of the crm.team model.


How do I change this?

Hi,

It seems like the problem might stem from a modification in the submenu sequence under the "Sale Orders" menu item. To rectify this, you can adjust the sequence by following these steps:


Navigate to Settings, then select "Technical" and proceed to "User Interface." From there, click on "Menu Items." Here, you'll be able to rearrange the submenu items for the "Sale Orders" menu by changing sequence number.

Suprised that this happens.  I upgraded to V17 from V16 just recent, and the list view is still default for sales orders.

But to modify, install and open the Studio App. Go to sales view, Open the studioo app, select views. The default view got a "House" mark.  Click on the dots, on the view you want default. and it changes.
