Hi,

i´m using odoo 15 with helpdesk and got following problem:


Partner A writes mail to himself, puts our support@mail to CC and some other customers to BCC, we create the helpdesk ticket.

Customer X answers on that mail with "answer all", so he answers to partner A and our support@ -> he is added to the helpdesk ticket as follower
 

Customer Y also answers on the mail the same way, is added to the followers on the ticket, Customer X now gets an info mail, something changed on his ticket, with all the mail history from all customers who already answered.

Data-Security Breach


How Do i prevent this?

Mail Alias maybe?
