I have went through various guides for installing odoo v9 on Mac OS. Everything looks fine up to the point where I want to run odoo. I'm supposed to run "./odoo.py" from the command line. However after cloning the git repository of odoo, I don't have the file odoo.py in my home folder.
I have cloned the git repository twice already with different users (one admin, one not). Same result.
What am I missing?
Try the following command:
./odoo-bin
Its because the file name is changed to "odoo-bin". In my case(Ubuntu 16.04) it can be seen from /opt/odoo10/odoo10/odoo-bin
"odoo-bin" is a hidden file , so have to enable"show hidden files" from 'view' menu.
