User with role bookkeeper in accounting module, cannot access bank reconciliation if there is unreconcile items.
The error messages says.
But I can't grant the user administration/settings access.
What should I do?

Were you able to solve this? I have the same problem (it started last week) and Odoo support is taking an eternity to figure it out.
I solve this by adding read access on view model for bookkeeper in group users access rights
