Error in event ordering

Question

Hi, I have added an event to my website and want people to be able to order multiple tickets. When I am testing the site and try to add multiple tickets, the quantity reverts to 1. When I try to add further tickets to the order, I get the message:  "You cannot raise manually the event ticket quantity in your cart"
Does anyone know if this is a configuration error that I have made?

Thanks for responding. No I have it set at a higher level - something else is preventing multiple orders.....

Hey Jonathan,
Did you set the 'maximum' field on the tickets section to 1?
