I'm having trouble wrapping my head around this.
- I have a CRM deal, with recurring revenue. $100/month.
- I mark it as won.
- That deal is reflected in the MRR numbers in the CRM reports.
- Great!
- Time passes, and that particular client cancels their membership.
- How should we handle that in the CRM module?
- Do we mark it as lost now? Will that get rid of all the past MRR?
- Do we do nothing? Because we should be looking at a different report now?
- Other?
Or, put another way - how do we get a holistic report of our projected+actual MRR after considering sales in progress/probability, won deals, and canceled subscriptions.
Is that part of CRM? part of normal sales/invoicing/billing reports? other? both?
