I'm having trouble wrapping my head around this.


  1. I have a CRM deal, with recurring revenue. $100/month.
  2. I mark it as won.
  3. That deal is reflected in the MRR numbers in the CRM reports.
  4. Great!
  5. Time passes, and that particular client cancels their membership.
  6. How should we handle that in the CRM module?
    1. Do we mark it as lost now? Will that get rid of all the past MRR?
    2. Do we do nothing? Because we should be looking at a different report now?
    3. Other?

Or, put another way - how do we get a holistic report of our projected+actual MRR after considering sales in progress/probability, won deals, and canceled subscriptions.

Is that part of CRM? part of normal sales/invoicing/billing reports? other? both?
